Sunday, May 11: Pentecost Sunday
On the day when the Holy Spirit swept through the room where Jesus’ disciples were gathered, people from “every nation under heaven” heard the good news of the gospel in their own language. To remember this and to remind ourselves that we are part of an ancient family without borders, we invite you to dress on Sunday, May 11 in festive clothing from a different cultural or ethnic tradition, especially one with connnections for you through mission or your life journey.
