Small electronics collection continues
Old cellphones, PDAs and inkjet printer cartridges may be placed in the green and white box in the entry to the fellowship hall for recycling.
Westminster angels help others see more clearly
On behalf of the Ann Arbor Host Lions Club, I wish to thank those who have shared their old glasses. Since I placed a Lions Club International Collection Box in the entry to St. Andrews Fellowship Hall in late April, I have collected 164 pairs of prescription glasses, lens, and sunglasses. The glasses will be repaired, cleaned, cataloged and fitted to those in need in several countries scheduled for a mission trip in the very near future. You may have helped a man who could not hold a job because his vision was too poor or a child who could not read because he or she could not see the printed page.
Howard Conlon, Ann Arbor Host Lions Club.

Cancelled stamps benefit many
Please cut off cancelled stamps from your letters, leaving a quarter-inch inch border, and place them in the “Third World Country” box on the table in the entry to the fellowship hall. Thanks!
Hospitality transforms the world!
Invite two or three international students from the University of Michigan to dinner in your home any evening or weekend just choose a time that works for you and for the students. Around 400 students sign up each year who are eager to experience life in an American home. All the students speak some English; they come from a variety of religious traditions or none at all. Westminster members have participated in this program for a number of years, with great success.
